Gyaljen's track record as a guide is enormous. He has many years of experience in the mountains. As just a young boy, he started working as a porter. Through his perseverance and determination, he has been able to fulfill his ambition of becoming a certified mountain guide.
His dream, however, didn’t stop there. Gyaljen aspired to start his own company where he could do things the right way - providing the best possible service to both his clients and his staff. By combining his deep knowledge of the mountains with a commitment to fairness and quality, he has created a trekking experience that is both memorable for travelers and empowering for his team.
Tessa lives and works in the Netherlands, but Nepal feels like her second home. Her deep love for the mountains and adventure has made Nepal one of her favorite places in the world. For Tessa, the most beautiful aspect of Nepal is its people and culture - always kind and welcoming, even in the face of challenging conditions.
As Managing Director, Tessa is passionate about creating treks that prioritize fairness and sustainability. By organizing treks without intermediaries, she ensures fair wages for the staff and giving back to the local communities. Nepal is a country with endless treasures to explore, and Tessa is dedicated to helping you experience its beauty in the most authentic and impactful way.
